Historic King Place This project involved the conversion of
an existing Art Deco Bank and its
attached annex office building into forty
one apartments, with parking and
commercial at its lowest levels. The
project is located in an Historic
District and the client was the First
Wisconsin Community Investment Group.
Full architectural services were provided
with the assistance of Electrical,
Plumbing some Structural consultant
work, and the introduction of
revolutionary HVAC application. Project
costs were $4,500,000.
